Nannette Crowley, MD
I am a board-certified rheumatologist who is passionate about helping patients achieve health and wellness by addressing the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. I received my medical degree from Mercer University School of Medicine, completed my Internal Medicine residency at The Medical Center of Central Georgia, and went on to complete a Rheumatology fellowship at Emory University. I have also completed a fellowship in Integrative Medicine through the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona.
For more than two decades, I have cared for patients with autoimmune and rheumatic diseases in Middle Georgia. My approach combines the best of conventional rheumatology with evidence-based lifestyle and integrative medicine strategies which play important roles in healing and well-being.
When not caring for patients, I enjoy spending time with my two children, traveling, cooking, gardening, and exploring new ways to bring wellness and balance into everyday life.
Bridget Wright, MD
I am a board-certified rheumatologist at Heart of Georgia Rheumatology in Macon, Georgia, where she is dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care for adults and children with rheumatic diseases. She completed her rheumatology fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation following residency training in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at Case Western Reserve University/MetroHealth. Dr. Wright holds board certifications in Rheumatology, Internal Medicine, and Pediatrics. She also serves as an Associate Professor at Mercer University School of Medicine.
I specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of autoimmune and musculoskeletal diseases. I am one of the few physicians in Central Georgia with specialized training to care for both adults and children with rheumatic diseases, allowing families to receive expert rheumatologic care across all stages of life.
I believe the best medical care begins with listening. I partner closely with each patient to develop an individualized treatment plan that reduces pain, restores function, and helps patients continue doing the things they love. My goal is for every patient to feel heard, respected, and confident in their care.
Outside of medicine, I am a dog lover, avid trail hiker, and self-described nature nut. I have a passion for renovating old homes and interior design and love traveling, exploring new places, cultures, and experiences whenever I get the chance.
Stephanie Burris, APRN
I am a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of clinical experience spanning primary care, pain management, and rheumatology. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing from Georgia Southern University.
I am passionate about delivering compassionate, patient-centered care that addresses both acute needs and chronic conditions.
Outside of the clinic, I enjoy life in Georgia with my husband and our three older teenagers. When I am not caring for patients, you’ll often find me traveling, cooking, or immersing myself in history as an active member of the Society for Creative Anachronism.
Hillary Moinipour,APRN
I am a dedicated Rheumatology Nurse Practitioner with 12 years of experience in rheumatology, including 8 years serving as the in-office infusion nurse. My career has been centered on providing compassionate, evidence-based care while building lasting relationships with patients managing complex autoimmune and rheumatic diseases.
I earned my graduate degree from Walden University, where I developed the advanced clinical knowledge that continues to guide my practice today. I am passionate about helping patients improve their quality of life through education, collaboration, and personalized treatment.
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling and making memories with my husband, our three children, and our animals. Whether I’m caring for patients, exploring new destinations, or spending time with my family, I value connection, compassion, and creating meaningful experiences
